What We Do
We aim to give children the opportunity to get involved and participate in water-based sports. We feel by encouraging learning in this environment it will broaden the horizons of all involved. Students will be encouraged to learn as individuals and as a team.
Our fully trained staff ensures learning in a safe environment whilst being edged towards learning different skills. The skills learned on this camp are life skills that are can be drawn upon for years to come.
Our members of staff are enthusiastic and approachable. All are enhanced CRB checked and qualified first aiders.
It is important to note that we will always have one female member of staff on duty throughout the duration of the camp.
Teachers – NB - Our risk assessments are available on demand. Parents/guardians are required to sign consent forms.
How We Work
We run a completely bespoke service with camps tailored to suit the needs and abilities of the children coming.
During the lead up to the camps we aim to have 2 Skype meetings with the children to discuss any activities that they would like to experience and also to allow the children to feel an element of control over their experience. Students will all complete a daily entry into camp work book, to remind them of exactly what they did each day. Examples of mini projects completed in work books are postcards to home and newspaper articles which can work towards academic goals.
